Our leadership development program covers a range of themes, including:
- Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness: We believe that true leadership begins with understanding oneself, which is why we provide training on emotional intelligence and self-awareness to help young leaders develop a deeper understanding of their own strengths, weaknesses, and values.
